Booking training & ordering pre-recorded CPD

While our website's look and feel may differ, you can be confident that the core processes you know remain unchanged and the booking process is intuitive.

Please visit our training section and search for the training & CPD you're interested in. 

Login, Register or Re-set your password

• Your login details have stayed the same, and existing bookings have been ported over from the previous site
• Log in, or if you're new to the website, register for an account 
• If you have forgotten your password, you can also request a new one online
• If you have forgotten your username, please get in touch.

Search for Training, Create Alerts or Subscribe to a Waiting List

• Search by In-person, Live Online, Online (Pre-recorded) or All courses
• Apply the onscreen filters or search by keyword or date
• Use these filters to refine your search or to create a course alert (Alerts will automatically email you when similar training is added)
• If a course is full, please register for the waiting list (If a place becomes available, we will contact you)

Making & Managing Bookings 

• View & Book by selecting from the available sessions. (You order pre-recorded sessions the same way as making a booking)
• Follow the on-screen instructions
• A confirmation will be sent to the email linked to your account. (If you need to change your email or update other details, please visit the My Account area)
• All booking confirmations will be sent from [email protected]. (If you haven’t received your confirmation, please check your Spam, Junk, or Other/Non-Focused inbox folders and add [email protected] to your list of trusted senders)
• You can book for yourself or on behalf of other people in your setting. (If you’re booking for someone else, please forward them the confirmation email you receive)
• For online sessions, please familiarise yourself with our recently updated “top tips” for accessing online training
• You can also review bookings you have made (current or past) in the My Account area

Ordering & Accessing Pre-Recorded Training

• View & Book by selecting from the available sessions. (You order pre-recorded sessions the same way as making a booking)
• Follow the on-screen instructions
• A confirmation will be sent to the email linked to your account
• You can access any purchased pre-recorded training in the My Account area
• Pre-recorded training allows staff to learn at their own pace, revisit key content, and schedule at a time that suits.
