As part of our ongoing digital transformation, SIL have recently updated our email addresses.

 

What’s changed?

  • Following the launch of our new website earlier this year, we will now use email addresses ending in @sil-ltd.co.uk
  • You can still contact us using our current @si.liverpool.gov.uk addresses
  • Replies will come from the new domain automatically

 

What do you need to do?

  • You can continue to email us as usual, as both email addresses will remain active and linked - ensuring a smooth transition.
  • You may need to check your Spam, Junk, or Other/Non-Focused inbox folders and add @sil-ltd.co.uk to your list of trusted senders.
  • You may also want to ask your IT technician to whitelist the domain: @sil-ltd.co.uk
