Working in collaboration with SIL, Edsential would like to introduce their Conway Centres offer - four unique experiences across the North West and North Wales.
In beautiful natural surroundings, each offers real-life adventurous outdoor activity learning – increasing achievement and inspiring individuals in a creative way.
Conway Centres want to support as many Liverpool schools, children and young people as possible.
With the Conway Centres Bursary scheme, Liverpool schools can receive up to £89 funding per person.
This funding is available on new bookings, with no child eligibility restrictions.
For visits between January and March 2026, schools can secure their dates with just 10% deposit - with the balance payable after the visit if required. Conway Centres will also pay for your coach!
Did you know that the Conway Centres run 3-day Arts Exam Support weekends?
Away from modern distractions, young people have dedicated time to focus on their GCSE and A Level coursework or projects.
Book for 20 students and visit before March – schools pay only £175 per person instead of £240 - plus teacher spaces are free!
Led by nationally recognised artists, young people will be supported by various practitioners who are experts in boosting grades and raising attainment.
This special offer is available on these dates:

Anglesey is home to high-adventure and offers a whole host of activities for your school to choose from.
From ziplining against the backdrop of the Snowdonia Mountain Range to taking part in watersports activities on the Menai Strait – it offers true adventure.
Tattenhall is the largest Cheshire outdoor residential centre, with a whole host of activities on offer!
From reaching new heights on the Tree Climb to flying high on the Zip Wire – the centre also has a strong focus on curriculum-linked activities.
Tattenhall has its own Anderson Shetler to immerse young people in the WW2 era, STEM activities that develop problem-solving and an arts studio to boost creativity.
Burwardsley has its own replica Iron Age roundhouse, enabling pupils to learn about culture, art and farming of the period.
Pupils can gain experience of wattle and daub construction, making clay pots, string making and an archaeological dig.
Within the grounds, there is also a pond, an adventure playground and a large, grassed playing field.
Delamere is ideally located for immediate and safe access to several areas of Delamere Forest.
It allows for activities such as orienteering, den building, survival skills, pond dipping, environmental games, forest art and walks during which pupils can study animal habitats and the different flora and fauna of the forest.
Children as young as reception visit Delamere for what may be their first stay away from home.
The centre also lends itself to day visits, focusing on the forest environment and easily accessible, but exciting, activities.
The Conway Centres are owned by Cheshire West and Chester Council and Wirral Councils and have over 50 years of experience providing schools across the North West with memorable residential experiences.
