Course Overview
This course is for anyone who is new to leading a subject or taking on a new subject in the 26-27 school year. It will provide delegates with starting points and a ‘way through’ subject leadership. We will look at action plans, planning, assessment, monitoring, CPD and how to lead a team. With 3 sessions, the course will build on knowledge and expectations of the subject leader role

This is a three-day course - delegates must attend all three days
