Write Together: Producing your PSHE policy in line with DfE guidance

Why Attend?
This practical workshop guides PSHE leads through creating a statutory-compliant, high-quality PSHE policy that reflects the needs, ethos and values of your school community. You will review statutory expectations, map your curriculum intent/implementation/impact, and leave with substantial draft sections ready for consultation and approval.

What will it cover?
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements for Relationships Education, RSE and Health Education 
• Align your PSHE policy with your school’s ethos, context and community needs 
• Build a coherent framework covering intent, implementation and impact 
• Draft key sections during the session and receive peer feedback

Any supplementary info
Please bring: a laptop, your current/previous PSHE policy (if available), your school ethos/values statement, and your PSHE scheme of work.
