The SAPERE Advanced Level 2 course builds on the Level 1 and equips you with the knowledge, skills and experiences you need to reflect on, develop and embed P4C practice
Why Attend?
The SAPERE Level Two Course builds on the emerging understanding of intermediate P4C practitioners to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and experiences you need to reflect on, develop and embed P4C practice, so that you can more successfully and sustainably support those you work with to think, speak and listen more effectively.
When you take the course you will:
· examine the nature, purpose and methods of philosophical enquiry.
· be shown how to choose and create materials to stimulate deeper philosophical thinking and dialogue.
· extend practices and tools for better philosophical thinking and facilitation.
· strengthen your understanding of the theory and practice of critical, creative, caring and collaborative thinking.
· establish criteria for planning and evaluating progress over a cycle of P4C enquiries and exercises, reflect and review.

Who should attend?
Teachers, teaching assistants, senior leaders and other staff across EYFS, primary and secondary phases, including SEN and AP settings. This course is also suitable for educators in settings such as museums and galleries. Completion of the SAPERE Level 1 Foundation course is an entry requirement.
