Course Overview
The training explores how you as a school leader can embed inclusive practice through curriculum, teaching, pastoral systems and quality assurance, while preparing confidently for Ofsted inspection. Using current inspection expectations and evidence-informed leadership frameworks, the session will provide you with practical tools to evaluate provision, demonstrate impact and ensure inclusive practice is consistently embedded across the whole school

Kevin Sexton is an experienced Ofsted Inspector and former Lead Inspector, currently inspecting across Secondary, Special, Alternative Provision (AP) and PRU settings. Alongside leading one of the country’s leading grammar schools, he has extensive senior leadership and trust leadership experience. His work focuses on sustainable school improvement, inclusion, curriculum leadership and inspection readiness, supporting schools to build strong cultures, robust systems, and lasting impact.
