Course Overview
A practical leadership workshop designed to help you as a school leader prepare confidently for Ofsted inspection while building sustainable systems for long-term school improvement. The session explores the key elements of the Ofsted toolkit, inspection expectations and operating guide, with a focus on translating these into effective everyday leadership practice across curriculum, quality assurance, inclusion, behaviour and personal development.

Kevin Sexton is an experienced Ofsted Inspector and former Lead Inspector, currently inspecting across Secondary, Special, Alternative Provision (AP) and PRU settings. Alongside leading one of the country’s leading grammar schools, he has extensive senior leadership and trust leadership experience. His work focuses on sustainable school improvement, inclusion, curriculum leadership and inspection readiness, supporting schools to build strong cultures, robust systems, and lasting impact.
