1. Adaptive Teaching in Action: Strategies for Every Learner
By the end of this session, teachers will have a toolkit of practical adaptive teaching strategies that can be used immediately to support the diverse needs of learners in any classroom and in any subject

2. Disadvantage, Inclusion and School Improvement: What Works?
The link between disadvantage, SEND, attendance, behaviour and belonging; what the evidence says has the strongest impact; how leaders avoid “bolt-on” interventions; using school data to identify barriers; how inclusion becomes part of the school improvement plan rather than a separate agenda

3. Breaking down barriers: Identifying Needs to Support Inclusion
Practical strategies for recognising barriers to learning, identifying underlying needs, and creating inclusive classrooms where every learner can thrive.

4. Personal Development: Supporting Every Child to Thrive
Discover practical ways to create a school culture where every child feels valued, included and empowered to thrive, with a particular focus on supporting pupils with additional needs. Explore inclusive PSHE approaches that build wellbeing, belonging, resilience and respect, and leave with actionable ideas to strengthen your personal development programme.

5. Creating a Culture of Inclusion Through Meaningful Parent Partnerships
This seminar explores how meaningful parent partnerships can strengthen inclusive Early Years practice by bringing EYFS and SEND principles to life through collaboration, trust, and a shared commitment to helping every child thrive.
