The Belvedere Academy was the first independent school to become an academy and is continuing the traditions and standards of its predecessor school. We are part of the Girls’ Day Schools Trust (GDST), the largest all girls multi-academy trust in the country. The GDST is at the cutting edge of shaping girls’ education and puts at its forefront the importance of girls being future changemakers.
We are looking to appoint a well-qualified and enthusiastic teacher who will lead one of five curriculum areas within the academy; Maths, Business/Economics and Computing. This is a senior curriculum leadership role in the academy, bringing together three subject areas. The successful candidate will be working with a small group of four other curriculum leaders alongside the Senior Vice Principal to shape the strategic direction of the academy during an exciting phase of its development as one of the best schools in Liverpool.
