Smithdown Primary is a popular school in the heart of Toxteth. Judged to be ‘Outstanding’ in 2021, we are eagerly awaiting publication of our most recent Ofsted in February 2026. Ofsted have described how, 'Pupils, and their parents and carers, are proud to be part of this exceptional school. ' When talking about the children they commented, 'They follow the school rule of showing kindness and respect to others without being reminded.' 
We have high standards at Smithdown and achieve this through a creative and fun curriculum but also by providing an environment where children feel safe and happy.
