As the heartbeat of our school’s daily operations, you will take full ownership of our site management. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, ranging from ensuring school security to managing plant machinery, monitoring safety systems, and supervising cleaning operations.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
Security & Safety: Take responsibility for the security of the premises, grounds, and contents. 
Operations: Safely operate, monitor, and optimize heating, plumbing, and electrical systems. 
Site Maintenance: Oversee routine maintenance schedules, liaising directly with contractors and outside agencies. 
Team Leadership: Supervise, recruit, and train cleaning staff to maintain immaculate school standards. 
Resource Management: Monitor and order consumables, ensuring accurate delivery tracking.
