As a Commercial Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting strategic business decision-making through insightful financial analysis, reporting, and commercial performance evaluation.
Working closely with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders, you will analyse financial and operational data, identify trends and opportunities, and provide recommendations that drive profitability and sustainable growth.
You will support budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and performance reporting processes, ensuring decisions are underpinned by accurate financial insight and a clear understanding of commercial outcomes.
This role offers the opportunity to influence business performance through proactive analysis and collaboration across the organisation.
We are looking for a commercially minded and analytical individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to confidently present financial information to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
You will be naturally curious, driven to understand business performance, and able to build effective working relationships across teams.
A positive, collaborative attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality work are key to success in this role.
