We are looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant who is passionate about education and learning. Whilst initially supporting Year 6 classes the successful candidate is expected to be flexible to support operational needs across the Primary School.
Successful candidates will:
• Have a commitment to promoting the ethos and values of our Christian School (this should not prevent candidates from other faiths applying).
• Promote our positive behaviour policy and ensuring pupil safety at all times.
• Be able to provide support to individuals and groups, contributing to the delivery of intervention programmes.
• Work alongside the class teacher to give formative feedback to pupils during/after lessons.
• Be able to establish positive professional relationships with children, parents/carers and staff.
