Attendance Review Package

An annual package of support, which includes a review and two progress visits.

Review and observation of key attendance procedures
Analysis - daily, weekly, termly actions and data
Effectiveness of strategy in collaboration with SLT
Written report with agreed next steps
Tailored recommendations and actions with evidence of impact
Guidance to create an attendance action plan
Progress visits focus on the impact of interventions and how they can be adapted and modified to further drive progress.

Review the impact of interventions and how they can be adapted and modified to drive progress further
3-hour site visit followed by a written report.

*Following reviews, the greatest impact is seen when there is a follow-up progress visit.

Developing the role of the DAL and becoming an Attendance Champion through advice and guidance.
