Nicky has over 24 years experience working in education and has extensive school pastoral knowledge, having held the role of Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL).
She has held strategic roles at a local authority level for over 13 years, leading or supporting key projects, including critical incident management, multi-agency audits of practice, the development and implementation of Operation Encompass, ‘Signs of Safety’ and child exploitation.
Nicky is a skilled trainer both at a single-agency and multi-agency level and is accredited with the Safer Recruitment Consortium.
Safeguarding Children Partner
Jisette has worked with children, young people and families across the phases since the early 1990s.
She joined the team having spent the last fourteen years as a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) with strategic responsibility for attendance & punctuality and as a Senior Mental Lead.
She is an experienced trainer, including being accredited by the Safer Recruitment Consortium.
Safeguarding Children Partner
Maria has a wealth of experience as both a safeguarding lead and SCIE Officer, supporting education settings to meet their safeguarding responsibilities.
She works collaboratively with agencies and has provided supervision to help develop safeguarding practice for those working with children and young people
She is an experienced trainer, delivering single and multi-agency training, which has included training for the Safeguarding Partnership and Children's Social Care. She is also accredited by the Safer Recruitment Consortium.
