Primary & Secondary PSHE SLA

Deepen subject knowledge, strengthen the role of your PSHE lead and provide a high‑quality curriculum offer for all learners.

  • In-depth, bespoke support and guidance to drive improvement and maintain excellence in PSHE

Primary In-School Support

Tailored to your needs and priorities, sessions could include:

  • Curriculum Reviews: Review and quality‑assure your curriculum by auditing the whole curriculum or focusing on specific subjects
    or aspects of your choice.
  • Subject Specific Health Checks: Subject Leader discussions, learning environment walks, pupil voice (with books), work scrutiny, teacher voice, next steps and action planning, and the capture of key recommendations.
  • Subject Leader Support: Review of curriculum policy, structure, progression and implementation; data analysis; action planning; and monitoring and evaluation guidance.
  • Subject Knowledge & Pedagogy Support: 1:1 planning or coaching, and CPD sessions for Teachers and Teaching Assistants (staff meetings, twilights, INSET days).
From £415 +VAT per half-day. Packages of support are also available.

Secondary In-School Support

Tailored to your needs and priorities, sessions could include:

  • Developmental Subject Reviews: Including GCSE data, understanding mark distribution patterns at subject level and planning for high utility improvements
  • Subject Team Development Days: Curriculum and results boosting in your target areas
  • Developing Literacy Across the Curriculum: Targeted Reviews and Support
  • Learner Book Reviews: What do your learners’ books say about curriculum, teaching and inclusion?

PAYG & Staff-Led CPD

Strengthen subject knowledge with high‑quality, evidence‑informed CPD.

  • Fully aligned with Ofsted expectations and EEF guidance on effective professional development
  • Online, and in-person training and briefings to support subject leaders, teachers and teaching assistants
  • Self‑Led CPD with pre‑recorded sessions that can be run independently in a one‑hour CPD slot, staff meeting or twilight.
From £17 +VAT per recording.

Reading & Writing Quality Marks

Champion reading and writing for purpose and joy with our quality marks

  • Evaluate, celebrate, and strengthen your whole-school approach to leadership and management, and workforce development
  • Develop your enrichment opportunities & community engagement 
  • Open to all primary, secondary and special schools
  • Includes self-assessment, plus a half-day visit (remote or in-person)
  • Receive a written report, along with a certificate and logo to use on your website
£650 +VAT for full assessment.

Primary Curriculum Evaluation

A supportive and collaborative exploration of your curriculum to evaluate pedagogy and practice. 

Through meetings with subject leads and other key staff, the onsite visit will:

  • Identify strengths in the current provision and identify areas where improvements can be made
  • Include a learning walk, lesson/intervention observation, and pupil voice
  • Include a post-visit written report with actions and recommendations. 
£625 +VAT per evaluation, including a written report

Every Child Counts (ECC)

Developed by Edge Hill University, ECC is a suite of evidence-based interventions that transform learning outcomes and empower educators to close gaps and accelerate progress in maths. 

  • Designed for children from KS1 to KS3
  • Support those achieving below age-related expectations
  • Teaching assistant-led, small group interventions
  • Includes online training, physical resources and access to the ECC protected data site.
From £660 +VAT per programme.
