CAP Team Manager
Lisa joined SIL after a successful career as a primary teacher and Advanced Skills Maths Teacher.
She is an accredited Every Child Counts Trainer, a Teacher Leader on the Mathematical Reasoning project with Oxford University and a Professional Development Lead for the NCETM.
As the team manager, she works closely with school leaders, network and Trust leads, ensuring the resources, training and projects developed meet their needs.
Curriculum and Assessment Partner
PSHE specialist, Julie has been a curriculum leader, senior leader, and Advanced Skills Teacher and holds an MSc in Education and NPQH.
She has developed and delivers training and support in all areas of PSHE across the phases and is also an advanced trainer in Philosophy for Children for SAPERE and in Thinking Moves for Dialogue Works.
She cares passionately about the empowerment and health and well-being of children and young people.
Curriculum and Assessment Partner
Melanie is a fully qualified curriculum and assessment partner with over 20 years' experience and a specialism in Maths and the wider curriculum.
She has taught all age groups from EYFS to year 7 and has led on most subjects within the curriculum across several authorities.
Melanie supports leadership, teaching and learning across the curriculum and is currently studying for a teacher education fellowship.
Curriculum and Assessment Partner
Alaine is passionate about improving the life chances of all pupils by providing them with the very best oracy, reading and writing curriculum possible.
During her career, she has been a senior leader, lead teacher for Every Child a Writer and a Nationally Accredited Lead Moderator for both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
Alaine has recently delivered the NPQ in Leading Literacy and has completed training in Instructional Coaching.
She is currently working with the Education Endowment Foundation to develop and deliver an innovative spelling programme to improve outcomes for disadvantaged learners.
Curriculum and Assessment Partner
Stephanie has extensive knowledge and experience as a senior leader and has worked across both primary and secondary.
She supports wider curriculum leadership and development, teaching and learning and has a proven track record of success in supporting school improvement and excellence and championing a partnership approach.
She has spearheaded a range of successful curriculum initiatives and is also an Excellence and Improvement Partner.
