EY Partners Team Manager
Kim has a proven track record of supporting schools, PVI settings and childminders to secure positive Ofsted outcomes and improved attainment for children.
She is an experienced school leader and has delivered national CPD programmes, including the NPQEYL.
Kim has a particular interest in early reading and has developed resources for the early years sector, including the Liverpool Early Reading Pathway.
She is currently studying for a master’s degree in Educational Leadership.

Natalie has significant experience in early years leadership and is so dedicated to the sector that she calls early years her ‘work home’.
During her teaching career, she developed projects to support the home learning environment and implemented a range of strategies for developing children’s communication and language skills.
She is key to the ongoing development and delivery of SIL’s Level 3 Early Years SENCo Award and has developed training and supportive materials to help EY practitioners working with children with EAL
Natalie has a special interest in the power of play-based learning to support children’s holistic development.
Quality Improvement Officer for Childminders
June has over 30 years of experience in the early years sector, beginning as a part-time childminder to balance family life alongside a management role in communications.
She later established a full-time childminding business and achieved a Level 6 Diploma in Early Intervention and Family Support, complementing her NVQ Level 4 in Children’s Care, Learning and Development.
June has worked within children’s centres, supporting tailored training programmes for childminders, identifying CPD needs, and delivering workshops.
She actively networks with local and national organisations, advocating for the professional childminding workforce, and her interests include outdoor provision, leadership development, and improving outcomes for children facing EAL and deprivation.
Early Years Education Partner
Janette is experienced across the early years sector, having taught in both schools and as a manager of a private nursery.
She is passionate about inspiring leaders and practitioners to know the impact of their role when working with children under 5.
She trains across the country, including the NPQEYL, and has recently written an innovative course focusing on Developing Mathematical Language through Books
Janette is key to the ongoing development and delivery of SIL’s Level 3 Early Years SENCo Award. She has a special interest in equipping educators to better support children with SEND, and their families.

Sam is a passionate and seasoned educator who began her teaching career in Key Stage 2 but soon discovered the joy of the early years.
She is an experienced school leader who enjoys working with settings to develop bespoke curriculums and support families from wide-ranging communities.
Sam has delivered a number of CACHE-accredited programmes and has developed train-the-trainer models to support local authorities across the country.
She is a Forest School Lead and advocates for physical health and outdoor learning, recognising the crucial role they play in a child's holistic development.

Jo is an experienced early years professional with a strong focus on quality improvement across a range of educational settings and contexts, including working in areas with high deprivation and EAL.
She has held a variety of leadership roles, including Deputy Head at an Infant School, and has spent the last two years supporting Early Years leaders across Wirral.
Underpinned by her deep understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage, she undertakes quality improvement work, including supportive visits and delivers training developed in response to sector needs and challenges.
With a passion for play-based learning, she is committed to improving outcomes and ensuring that all children have access to high-quality early education.

As a former social work assistant, Kate chose to start her EYFS teaching career because she could see first-hand the difference quality EYFS provision can make.
She continues to advocate for closing the disadvantage gap and is passionate about effective outdoor provision and enabling environments.
Kate has school leadership experience and has a particular strength in leading change and improvement, having successfully led EYFS provisions from RI to Outstanding.
She understands the importance of effective parent partnership and is Level 3 Forest School trained.
