Developing inclusive practice for your ECTs

Support your ECTs with a range of sessions linked to SEND and Inclusion. Delivered online or via recorded sessions, themes cover:

  • Supporting Neurodiversity in the mainstream classroom.

Tailored programmes are available for Networks, Trusts or LAs.

Gain a greater understanding of the impact that outcomes of the graduated approach have in your setting.

A hybrid delivery approach to training & CPD sessions.

  • Grounded in research and current policy 
  • Pre-recorded sessions can be used as part of INSET or whole staff development.
  • Online cross-phase briefings provide key updates and an opportunity for Q&A.

Staff Meeting/INSET/Conferences

Help staff develop their understanding of the needs of SEND pupils.

  • Keep the principles of the SEND code of practice:0-25 years at the centre of everything you do
  • Develop effective strategies and skills in supporting students
  • Keynote and workshop delivery
£210 +VAT per 1 hour session.

On-site Visit

Support the review of your current provision and plan for a more inclusive future. 

  • Your bespoke visit will be agreed in collaboration with the team
  • The focus could include topics featured in the Ofsted framework and graduated approach, e.g., SEND Clinics, Learning Walks, quality assurance of SEND Support Plans and deployment of Support Staff.
