TUPE In and Out Support

Support with preparation and TUPE consultation, where the School transfers staff in or out. Including transfers to Academy status, into a MAT or aTrust taking on new Schools.

  • Advice on preparing individual employee information 
  • Support with preparation and TUPE consultation ahead of transfer 
  • Attendance at any 1-1 meetings. 
Bespoke +VAT

Mediation

A fully ACAS-accredited mediation service undertaken by HR professionals.

  • Research has shown that mediation is the most effective approach
  • A safe and confidential space for participants to find resolutions to workplace conflict issues
  • Most mediations take just one to two days and can be set up very quickly
  • Cost saving when compared to failing to mediate, which includes the manager’s time, sickness and absence costs, the cost of potential individual and/or team under-performance and time spent on formal procedures

This is best for Schools / Settings looking for an informal and speedy solution to workplace conflict.

Independent Investigation Service

A specialist, independent HR investigation service which includes:

  • Consultation to understand the background to the case, the remit of the investigation and the parties involved
  • Evidence gathered to establish the facts. This may include documented interviews with all parties involved
  • A written report upon completion, outlining the allegations and chronology of events, summarising the evidence and setting out key findings. 
  • If required, the investigator will also attend any Governor hearing to present the findings

Best for Schools / Settings looking to save Senior Leadership time and reduce the risk of internal conflict

Contract Preparation

Streamline & quality-assure contracts for your staff. 

  • Carry out at the point of recruitment or as part of a wider review
  • Set out the basic contract terms between the employer and the employee
  • Minimise potential disputes and ensure your contracts are legally compliant
  • Fulfil your obligation to provide a statement of particulars.

A full audit of individual staff pay and hours worked, including the application of term-time-only calculations.
