Governance Lead
Dave has led the Governance team for over 20 years and is an expert in supporting schools and academies to strengthen governance.
He is an established trainer across Liverpool and neighbouring local authorities and worked as a consultant for the National Governance Association to develop and deliver the Governors’ Leadership Development Programme.
Dave is currently Chair of a MAT and two maintained school boards, and sits on an Interim Executive Board.
Governance Officer
Terry has managed the clerking service for twenty-five years, providing expert support to hundreds of regional schools.
He developed a training programme for local clerks and has previously delivered sessions on behalf of the National Governance Association.
Terry is also an experienced clerk, bringing operational knowledge and skills to his strategic role.
In addition, he also volunteers as a Deputy Chair of a local primary school.
